MUJI Return Policy

At MUJI, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face masks, cosmetics, and personal care products.
  • Food and beverages.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

How to Return

  • Initiate a return by visiting usamuji.com and following the instructions in your order confirmation email.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price.
